Ordering Process
Step 1
There are 2 ways to odder vehicles from America Zaka Motor Japan : You can choose directly from the stock of cars available on our site and fill the Order Form. OR,
If you cannot find the vehicle you want in our stock and you want us to search for it, you can fill in the Buy Me A Car Form aand inform us the type of vehicle you want us to purchase on your behalf.
After we receive your order or inquiry, we will then call, Fax or email you for confirmation on the Total CIF Price of the vehicle. Our bank account details will also be provided to you.
Step 2
After your confirmation agreeing to the Total Price, you will then have to complete initial 50% payment of the CIF Total Price within 5 days by Telegraphic Transfer.
Step 3
After we have booked a shipping vessel and completed all necessary shipping documents, we will inform you of the date of sail and arrival date. We will also require the remaining 50% payment completed before vessel sails.
After the shipping vessel leaves Japan, and remaining payment confirmed, we will also immediately post you by EMS the original copies of
Step 4

- The Bill of Lading(B/L)
- The Invoice
- The vehicle's Title Certificate
- JEVIC Inspection Certificate (if needed)
- Export certificate
And any other document you might need depending on your country's import regulations. These are the documents you will need to clear your vehicle at the customs.
